Quelques précisions avant notre exposition :

• les toiles et les chevalets doivent être déposées vendredi avant midi dans le salon Caravelle _ pour le vernissage, le Beach nous offre planteur( avec ou sans alcool) et vin blanc ( avec ou sans cassis) Toute  autre boisson devra être payée au bar.
• les vendredis, samedis et dimanches, l’expo se tiendra dans le lobby, au milieu de la verdure. Mais les toiles (ou sculptures) devront être rentrées dans le salon Caravelle le soir, pour des raisons de sécurité. Il faudra donc prévoir des permanences . nous enregistrerons les bonnes volontés  le soir du vernissage. Pour les autres jours de la semaine, l’expo  continuera , toujours sur chevalet, dans le salon Caravelle.
• les détenteurs de fléchettes Art Lovers sont priés de les apporter pour baliser les allées. Par avance merci.

Some details before our exhibit.

• The canvases and easels must be submitted before noon Friday in the  room Caravelle _ For the opening, the Beach offers planter (with or without alcohol) and white wine (with or without blackcurrant) Any other beverages shall be paid at the bar.
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the expo will be held in the lobby, surrounded by greenery. But the paintings (or sculptures) should be returned to the  room Caravelle at night for security reasons. This will require hotlines. we will record the goodwill on the opening night. For other days of the week, the show will continue, always on easel in the  room Caravelle.
• Holders darts Art Lovers are asked to bring them to mark the aisles. Thank you in advance.

Notre exposition au « Shore » arrive à grands pas !
Pour assurer le plus grand nombre de visiteurs, nous  vous demandons de distribuer chez les commerçants , y compris les hôtels, les affiches annonçant cet événement.
Nous  vous distribueront ces affiches le mardi 3 novembre, au « Beach Plaza », de 17h. à 19h.
Nous comptons sur votre coopération .

Our exhibition at the « Shore » is very near !
For expecting many visitors, we must give promotional tracts at the maximum shops, hotels etc…
You  can take these signs at “Beach Plaza” the Tuesday November 3th. Between 5pm and 7pm.

Bonjour à tous les Adhérents, (ENGLISH BELOW...)

Bravo à vous tous, venus si nombreux, plein d’énergie et d’idées. Merci pour votre engagement et votre participation ….

Un petit rappel des décisions prises ensemble pour la réussite de notre exposition .

1. apporter vos tableaux ( munis de crochet ! ) le jeudi soir à partir de 18 h.et le vendredi matin avant midi. Il est pévu de récuperer les toiles le mercredi 13, en fin d’après-midi . Nous en profiteront  pour boire tous ensemble un petit pot de fin d’expo. Les retardataires pourront venir les chercher le jeudi, mais impérativement avant midi.
2.  Les personnes qui tiendront la permanence devront s’entendre entre elles pour les clefs. A ce propos, il n’y a encore personne  pour le lundi matin et le mercredi toute la journée.
3.  Les sculpteurs doivent penser à apporter un socle pour leurs œuvres.
4. Allez vite chercher affiches et cartes à distribuer , chez Isabelle ( Escale des Iles )

Good morning Members,

Well done to all those who turned out in numbers, full of energy and ideas. Thank you for your commitment and participation…

 A résumé of the decisions we made for the success of our exhibition:  

1.   lease deliver your paintings (with hooks !) on Thursday evening after 6.00pm.or on Friday morning before noon. The paintings should be collected late in the afternoon on Wednesday, April 13^th. We  will take this opportunity to have a drink to celebrate the end of the exhibtion. Latecomers must  retrieve their paintings on Thursday, before noon.
2.   Those of you who have agreed to look after the Cultural Centre please make sure you deliver the keys to each other.  We still need volunteers to oversee the premises on Monday morning and all day Wednesday.
4.  Sculptors must remember to bring a support for their works.
5.  Please pick up some posters and maps as soon as possible from Isabelle (at Escale des Iles), to post around.
